Camp Claremont is back! Registration and enrollment can be done online and in person at the Alexander Hughes Community Center (1700 Danbury Road). Proof of residency/enrollment in CUSD or other Claremont schools is required and may take up to two business days to be approved.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are available, and you must be pre-approved before registering your child for camp. There are no same-day approvals. If you are planning on using a scholarship, please begin the process for approval as soon as possible through the Alexander Hughes Community Center: (909) 399-5490.
LOCATION:
Camp Claremont will be held in Taylor Hall, and we will also utilize Joat Park and the YAC for different activities. Camp is offered in one-week segments. Daily sign-in and sign-out will be held at Taylor Hall: 1775 N Indian Hill Blvd. Camp will start each day at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 1:00 p.m. There will be no care before or after camp.

REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT:
Camp Claremont is offering enrollment online beginning Sunday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. Participants who register online will have the $15 enrollment fee waived.
In-person registration will begin at the Hughes Center on Monday, April 14 at 9:00 a.m. Participants must have already completed kindergarten to register for camp. Submit and be pre-approved for scholarships and provide proof of residency or CUSD enrollment.
This may take up to two business days to be approved. Select all the weeks your child will attend. The weeks sell out fast! Your payment will be processed with a credit card to secure your spot. If you have registered online and paid for the weeks, no in-person registration is required.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM:
Camp Claremont is currently seeking volunteers from 8th to 12th grade. Volunteers must have completed 7th grade to register. As a volunteer, you will be working alongside our staff and helping with daily camp operations from 7:45am to 1:15pm. You will be expected to commit to all 6 weeks of camp to volunteer. The volunteer program involves various tasks, including supervising participants, setting up and tearing down daily activities, and assisting staff in the snack bar. By registering to become a volunteer, you are demonstrating your ability, attitude, and willingness to work hard and be dependable. Volunteers will be provided with a T-shirt to wear each day and are expected to act professionally when working with staff members, participants, and other volunteers. Fees apply.
