Minimum Wage

The City of Claremont has not imposed its own minimum wage. Claremont is subject to the current State minimum wage.

  • Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum wage is $16.00 per hour for all employers.
  • Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage will be $16.50 per hour for all employees.
