Need help buying a home? You may qualify for one of these programs.

Statewide and Regional Programs

• California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) - homebuyer programs, including down payment and closing cost assistance, and foreclosure prevention resources
• CalVet Home Loans - for Veterans to buy a home in California
• Habitat for Humanity - through volunteer labor, builds and rehabilitates houses for families in need
• HUD approved housing counseling agencies
• State of California Housing and Community Development
