Tri-City Supplemental Crisis Service

Trained and experienced therapists who staff this crisis response line are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., and during the weekend from 8:00 p.m. on Friday to 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress and need assistance during these hours, please call (909) 623-6131.

If you are practicing social isolation, and are not experiencing a crisis, but feel the need to have someone to talk to please call our main line at (909) 623-6131 during business hours, and ask to be connected to Jennifer Phang. We will connect you with a supportive person to talk to over the phone.

If you are a client of Tri-City, please reach out to your treatment team for support. Individuals who are not clients can reach out to our Supplemental Crisis team 24 hours a day to speak with a clinician at (909) 623-6131.

  • The Trevor Lifeline provides support to LGBTQ youths and allies in crisis or in need of a safe and judgment-free place to talk.

  • Operated by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, this hotline provides screening, resources and service referrals regarding substance use disorders.
