Sustainability Committee Meeting

In 2008, the City adopted its Sustainable City Plan and formed a Sustainability Committee to advise staff and Council on issues related to sustainability. The Sustainability Committee continues to meet regularly to monitor progress toward achieving the plan’s goals. The Sustainability Committee works with the City to update the Sustainable City Plan and create the annual Report Card.

Agendas are posted on the website and at City Hall the Thursday evening before the meeting.

There are several opportunities for the public to speak during Sustainability Committee meetings. Public comment on items not on the agenda is taken at the beginning of the meeting. Public comment is also accepted on each agenda item.
