Bids must be submitted on City’s Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents at no cost in digital format at www.claremontca.gov. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier’s check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the City in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price.
